Who is Troy Lester

Learn More About Troy

Why We Built Warp?

Troy Lester and Daniel Sokolovsky started in food delivery, where every late order exposed the cost of unreliable logistics. After scaling Jitsu into a parcel network delivering millions of packages nationwide, they saw a bigger gap: the middle mile. LTL was broken, delays, damages, and no visibility left retailers struggling and carriers stuck in rigid systems.

They built Warp to change that. A connected LTL network powered by real-time data and predictive routing, Warp unifies shippers, carriers, and stores so freight moves faster, carriers run leaner, and supply chains finally operate as one.

About Troy

Troy Lester is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Warp, where he drives the company’s commercial growth and strengthens its market presence. With a background in sales, strategy, and logistics innovation, Troy has been instrumental in shaping Warp’s business model around long-term customer success. His leadership ensures that Warp’s solutions not only deliver industry-first innovation but also translate into measurable value for shippers across industries.

Contributions

Troy spearheaded the launch of Warp’s SMB Suite, a first-of-its-kind platform built specifically to fix the freight experience for small and mid-sized brands. The SMB Suite integrates LTL, pool distribution, big & bulky final mile delivery, inbound vendor consolidation, and zone skipping into one seamless solution powered by Warp’s nationwide network of tech-enabled cross-docks, flexible routing systems, and unified technology stack.

Achievements

Under Troy’s leadership, Warp’s revenue grew from $21 million in 2024 to a projected $45 million in 2025, representing more than 40 percent year-over-year growth. Shipments increased 132 percent in the same period, rising from 30,912 in 2023 to 71,828 in 2024. These results reflect Troy’s ability to connect vision with execution, scaling Warp’s impact while strengthening customer relationships and delivering measurable improvements in freight reliability, speed, and transparency.

Vision for the Future

Troy envisions building on Warp’s momentum by continuing to expand the SMB Suite and scaling solutions like Store Skips, FlowSkip, and Pickup Grace to reach more shippers. His long-term goal is to keep Warp at the forefront of modern logistics by making advanced freight solutions accessible to businesses of every size while positioning the company as the trusted alternative to traditional freight networks.
