About Troy

Troy Lester is a freight tech leader and startup founder who has been immersed in logistics since his teens. As Chief Revenue Officer at Warp, a middle mile innovator transforming LTL and freight visibility, Troy brings deep operational expertise and startup grit to the future of logistics.

Early Start in Logistics

Troy Lester has been building in logistics since he was 18 years old, when he launched his first startup focused on simplifying freight booking for small businesses. That early exposure to the complex world of transportation ignited a lifelong obsession with solving real-world logistics problems through technology, grit, and execution. Today, as the Chief Revenue Officer at Warp, a leading freight tech company reinventing the middle mile, Troy is helping reshape the infrastructure behind how goods move across the country.

Built from the Ground Up

Before joining Warp, Troy spent years on the ground floor of startups and logistics operations, giving him a rare end-to-end understanding of the industry. He has worn nearly every hat, from sales to strategy to network design. That full-stack experience made him a perfect fit for Warp’s mission to modernize the middle mile with a shipper-carrier marketplace model that brings LTL efficiency, visibility, and speed to today’s most complex supply chains.

Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, Troy envisions a future where logistics becomes increasingly autonomous, intelligent, and collaborative. He is passionate about building toward a world where data flows as seamlessly as goods, and where freight decisions are made in real time with total visibility.
